Finding Prices

Most items on this website have prices associated with them, but in some cases the price can not be determined until you make a series of selections. Lighting and Hardware are two sections where this is especially true. Most items in these sections have options that affect the price, so you may need to make several decisions regarding finish, style, etc., before you get to a price. With that in mind, you can also go back and change an option and it may affect the price of the item.

For example, the Lifetime Finish option on some Emtek hardware increases the price by 15%, but the same item with a different finish might not increase the price, so you must choose a finish option before we can give you the price on that item. Similarly, the style of knob you choose with a particular backplate may also affect the price of the set.

Door Prices

Doors are another area where you may need to click on a selection to find the price for a particular door. The following is a step-by-step process for navigating the door pages.

You must first select a style of door from the menu to the left of the door image [highlighted in yellow] to get to the next page, where you will see all the options for that style. There you can find prices for different widths and heights, as well as glass configurations.

Notice the door in Fig.2 [highlighted in yellow] is darker in color than the others. That indicates that the door is selected and the table below it reflects the prices for that configuration.

To get prices for another configuration, click on the desired door and it will then become active [highlighted in yellow], and the table will change to reflect prices for that style. Likewise, to get prices for a different height door, click on the desired height [highlighted in green] and the table will reflect prices for doors of that height.

Prices for Prehung Door Units

Currently, all door prices are for slab doors only and do not include hanging. Prices for prehanging exterior doors  can be found here, interior doors can be found here, and a quote for prehung units can be requested - just add the doors you need to the saved items list, and request a proposal with a notation that you want prices for prehung units.
