Each panel is made up of individual solid knotty pine "sticks." The sticks are elliptical in shape
with the long diameter measuring 2" and the short diameter measuring 1-3/8." A tongue is located on
one side, and an interlocking groove directly opposite the tongue.

The panel is assembled by gluing the interlocking sticks together. The two opposite edges of the panel
are cut to receive a "panel spline" that will splice the panels together when installed, connection
will not be visible after installation. The panels weigh approximately two pounds per square foot.
