Q: Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not produce a catalog. We have found that a printed catalog is not the most effective way
to showcase our extensive line of products, especially since we add new products regularly. The very
best catalog we have is our website itself - it is highly detailed and kept current with prices and
new items. You can essentially create your own catalog by printing pages of the website.
Q: Do you have a distributor in my area?
Our manufacturing facility is located in Bernalillo, New Mexico, just north of Albuquerque. We sell
and ship direct from this location and do not have a distribution network, retail stores, or resellers.
If you are in the Albuquerque area, we do have a product showroom in our Bernalillo, NM facility.

Q: Can you build doors and gates in custom sizes?
Yes. While this website features our doors and gates in the most common sizes, we can manufacture to
your dimensions. Please read our door warranty for important
information about custom doors and gates.
Q: What is your lead time on door and gate orders?
When orders for doors or gates are finalized, we begin the manufacturing process, and they are
generally ready to ship or pick up in four weeks.
Q: Do you finish or stain doors?
No, we do not put any finish on our doors for several reasons. First, the doors should be allowed to
acclimate to your home's environment before you finish and install them. Also, stain colors may vary
depending on brand, method of application, etc. It is recommended that the customer finish the doors
to their satisfaction after taking delivery of them.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
If the item is within UPS guidelines, we will ship it UPS Ground. If the item is too large or heavy
for UPS, it must be shipped common carrier. Click here for more details about

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated by size, weight, and destination for UPS orders. For common carrier orders,
the best price/service solution will be determined at the time of shipping.

Q: Will there be sales tax added to my order?
If you are ordering from, or shipping to a New Mexico address, we are required to collect sales tax
on the order. All other orders are not subject to sales tax.
